Abstract
It would be an exaggeration to claim that this thesis has filled all gaps in research. Several avenues of research remain untraveled. Moreover, this thesis also adds new avenues for future research that need to be answered. This chapter summarizes appealing ways to contribute to strengthening organizational innovation communities as a management innovation. To attain this aim research implications from the literature review and the three empirical studies are suggested. Additionally, overarching research implications are also provided.
