Darauf aufbauend werden in Abschn. 2.1 die wahrgenommene Führung und in Abschn. 2.2 die implizite Führung eingeführt. Ein kurzer Einblick in die implizite Führung im interkulturellen Kontext kommt zum Abschluss in Abschn. 2.3.
