Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel wird unter verschiedenen Perspektiven beleuchtet, welche Erkenntnisse bereits hinsichtlich der Frage existieren, wie Menschen mit Feedback umgehen. Die Befunde hinsichtlich des Umgangs von Individuen mit Feedback werden dabei aus drei spezifischen Blickwinkeln beleuchtet. Einerseits wird hierbei aufgezeigt, welche Bedeutung dem Feedback aus einer sozialpsychologischen Perspektive zukommt. Des Weiteren wird das Thema der Rückmeldungen im beruflichen und im schulischen Kontext beleuchtet und insbesondere seine Relevanz für Referendar/-innen und Schulleitungen aufgezeigt.
