Zusammenfassung
Nur bei etwa 20 % der Personalentscheidungen in den Betrieben werden systematische Erfassungsverfahren eingesetzt, während 80 % der Entscheidungen „aus dem Bauch heraus“ erfolgen. Nicht die exaktesten, sondern die angemessensten, in kurzer Zeit mögliche Entscheidungshilfen liefernden Kompetenzmessung haben sich in der beruflich-betrieblichen Praxis durchgesetzt.
