Zusammenfassung
Der Großteil der Pflegebedürftigen möchte so lange wie möglich zu Hause gepflegt werden. Zwar fühlen sich Familienangehörige in hohem Maße zu einem Beitrag zur Pflege verpflichtet, allerdings werden sie durch zunehmende Erwerbstätigkeit und räumliche Distanzen vor enorme Herausforderungen gestellt. Technischen Assistenzsystemen wird ein hohes Potential für die Unterstützung der häuslichen Versorgung zugesprochen. Bisher ist allerdings kaum untersucht, welche Möglichkeiten Informationssysteme zur Koordination und Optimierung von Versorgungsprozessen im Hilfemix bieten könnten. Im Rahmen des Beitrags soll daher beleuchtet werden, wie Systeme zur computergestützten Zusammenarbeit zur Koordination von Versorgungsnetzwerken mit professionellen und informell Pflegenden eingesetzt werden können. Hierzu werden die Ergebnisse einer umfassenden Bedarfsanalyse sowie eines partizipativen Gestaltungsprozesses für eine App zur Unterstützung von Hilfemix-Netzwerken vorgestellt.
