Zusammenfassung
Der Zusammenhang zwischen dem Topmanagement und der Performance von Unternehmen stellt den Gegenstand zahlreicher Publikationen dar. Im Fokus steht neben den Charakteristika des einzelnen Topmanagers u.a. die Zusammenarbeit des Leitungsgremiums insgesamt. Vorliegend werden zwei ausgewählte und in ihrer Interaktion bisher unzureichend erforschte Mitglieder des Leitungsgremiums thematisiert.
