Zusammenfassung

Das deutsche Geldwäschegesetz wurde zum 30.11.1993 verabschiedet und anlässlich der Umsetzung der 3. EU-Geldwäsche-Richtlinie zum 21.08.2008 neu gefasst. Änderungen fanden anschließend in 2012 durch das Geldwäscheoptimierungsgesetz und im Juni 2015 statt.
