Zusammenfassung
Immobiliencontrolling ist keine grundsätzlich neue Managementfunktion. Investitionsrechnungen, Budgetplanungen oder Soll-Ist-Vergleiche sind Controlling-Tools, welche in jedem Immobilienunternehmen vorzufinden sind. Dennoch ergibt sich aus neuen Anlagestrategien und international diversifizierten Portfolios ein erhöhter Bedarf an effizienten Systemen der Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle.
