Zu Beginn dieses Organisationstrainings versammeln sich das Leitungsteam, der Staff, und alle Teilnehmer*innen einem eigens für diese Veranstaltung vorbereiteten Saal. Die Beteiligten nehmen in einem Stuhlkreis Platz, etwas herausgerückt davon sitzen als eigene Gruppe erkennbar die Staff-Mitglieder.
