Zusammenfassung
Gegenwärtige Trends in der Produktion sowie technische Entwicklungen wirken als wesentliche Wandlungstreiber auf die Rahmenbedingungen in der Fertigungsindustrie. Damit einhergehend ändern sich die Anforderungen an die Mitarbeiter hinsichtlich deren Umgang mit den neuen Technologien sowie an deren Qualifikations- und Kompetenzprofile. Dabei müssen die Mitarbeiter auch offen für die bevorstehenden Veränderungen sein. Dementsprechend übernimmt die Einstellung der Mitarbeiter eine Schlüsselfunktion für die erfolgreiche Durchführung solcher Wandlungsprozesse. Dieser Beitrag diskutiert die Mitarbeiterakzeptanz während und nach der Einführung neuer Technologien, Aufgaben und Prozesse im Zuge des Transformationsprozesses gegenwärtiger zu Industrie 4.0-konformen Fabriken. Dabei werden zunächst die Begriffe Akzeptanz, unternehmerische Innovation und Wandel im vorliegenden Kontext definiert sowie relationiert. Kern dieses Beitrags ist ein Vorgehensmodell zur Begleitung des Wandels mit explizitem Fokus auf die Mitarbeiterakzeptanz im Paradigma der Industrie 4.0-Fabrik. Weiterhin werden ausgewählte Handlungsempfehlungen gegeben, die als Orientierungshilfe im Kontext solcher Transformationsvorhaben dienen sollen.
