Einbindung der Sonographie in die Mammadiagnostik

Zusammenfassung

In vielen Fällen läßt sich ein sonographisch entdeckter Herd mit einem entsprechenden Tastbefund korrelieren. Es kommt aber zwischen Palpation und Ultraschalluntersuchung auch immer wieder zu widersprüchlichen Ergebnissen. Dabei kann es sich um sonographisch erfaßte nicht palpable Tumoren oder um Tumoren ohne erkennbares sonographisches Korrelat handeln.
