Zusammenfassung
In der Chirurgie des Magen-Darm-Traktes hängt der postoperative Verlauf weitgehend von der Anastomosensicherheit ab. Die Nahtinsuffizienz als Ursache einer Mediastinitis einer kotigen Peritonitis, eines intraabdominalen Abscesses oder einer Stuhlfistel bestimmt weitgehend Morbidität und Mortalität derartiger Eingriffe.
