Zusammenfassung
Der Depolarisationsvorgang löst eine über das Myokard ablaufende Kontraktionswelle aus. An einer einzelnen Muskelfaser beginnt die Kontraktion unmittelbar nach der Depolarisation und überdauert das Ende der Depolarisation um etwa 50 msec (Abb. 3–14). Die Vorhofsystole beginnt nach der P-Welle des EKG, während die Ventrikel-Systole nahe dem Ende der R-Zacke beginnt und bis kurz nach der T-Welle dauert.
