Zusammenfassung

Zu den eminenten Vorteilen der Inhalationsanästhesie gehört in erster Linie die Tatsache, daß Aufnahme und Elimination der Anästhetika physikalischen Gesetzen folgen, unabhängig von Stoffwechselvorgängen. Daß sich einige der Inhalationsanästhetika gegenüber dem Stoffwechsel weniger inert verhalten als ursprünglich angenommen, ändert an dieser Tatsache nichts (58).
