Ein Swyer-James-Syndrom mit einseitig heller Lunge und hypoplastischem Hilus ist meist ein Zufallsbefund. Die Symptomatik reicht von Beschwerdefreiheit bis zur chronischen Bronchitis unklarer Genese.
