Zusammenfassung

Die optimale Positionierung der Zugänge ist sowohl für die Arbeits- als auch die Arthroskopieportale von großer Bedeutung. Die Zugangswege zum Schultergelenk perforieren mehr Weichteile als am Kniegelenk. Deshalb sollten einmal angelegte Zugänge mit Wechselstäben gesichert werden. Wird ein Portal im Operationsverlauf später erneut genutzt, kann über den Wechselstab die Arthroskophülse oder eine Arbeitskanüle beliebiger Größe eingesetzt werden. Zum Instrumentarium der Schulterarthroskopie sollten daher mindestens 2 Wechselstäbe gehören.
