Zusammenfassung
Das klassische Nephroblastom ist triphasisch und enthält eine blastemische, eine epitheliale (Tubuli) und eine mesenchymale (Stroma) Komponente. Die drei Komponenten können sehr unterschiedlich repräsentiert sein und auch fehlen. Gutartige Varianten, die vor allem bei Kindern unter einem Jahr beobachtet werden, und die prognostisch ungünstigen Entitäten müssen von den Tumoren mit Standardhistologie abgegrenzt werden.
