Zusammenfassung

Bei einem 17jährigen Mädchen kommt es unter Beatmung während einer Narkose zur Ausbildung eines doppelseitigen Spannungspneumothorax (Abb. 58). Die Diagnose wird aufgrund des Röntgenbildes gestellt.
