Zusammenfassung

Das Harnröhrendruckprofil ermöglicht dem Untersucher in Ergänzung zur konventionellen Urodynamik, den Harnröhrenverschlussmechanismus in Ruhe und unter Belastung zu beurteilen. Dabei werden die funktionelle Harnröhrenlänge, der maximale Harnröhrenverschlussdruck und die Drucktransmission bestimmt.
