Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel wird gezeigt, wie die Konten oder Gleichungen einer Kreislaufanalyse mit statistischen Zahlen anzufüllen sind, die sich jeweils auf ein bestimmtes Land oder Gebiet und einen konkreten Zeitraum beziehen. Das Ergebnis ist eine Volkswirtschaftliche Gesamtrechnung (im folgenden mit VGR abgekürzt), die in Teil I anhand der Angaben für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland 1978 vorgeführt und kommentiert wird. Eine detailliertere Darstellung der Marktverflechtung zwischen den zu Wirtschaftszweigen zusammengefaßten produzierenden Einheiten folgt in Teil II. In Teil III werden einige Einzelprobleme der VGR wie die Frage der Buchungssysteme, der Periodisierung, der Bewertung, der Tätigkeit der Banken erörtert; und in Teil IV wird mit der Frage, inwieweit die heutige VGR die Realität abzubilden geeignet ist, ein wichtiger Aspekt der Kritik an ihr diskutiert.
