Zusammenfassung

Autologe Lymphgefäßtransplantationen haben als causale Therapie eines sekundären lymphostatischen Ödems eine erste klinische Anwendung erfahren (1). Für den Fall des Fehlens von autologen Spenderlymphbahnen, etwa bei einem beidseitigen Ödem der unteren Extremitäten oder einem primären Lymphödem müßten zumindest homolôg transplantierte Lymphkollektoren verwendet werden. Aus diesem Grunde sollte das funktionelle und immunologische Verhalten homolog transplantierter Lymphgefäße untersucht werden.
