Zusammenfassung

Häufigkeit: Primäre gastrointestinale Non-Hodgkin-Lymphome (NHL) sind mit 30–40% die größe Gruppe extranodaler Lymphome. Unter ihnen überwiegen anteilmäßig die Magenlymphome mit 50–80%, gefolgt von NHL des Dünndarms einschließlich der Ileozökalregion (15–20%) und des Kolons (2–10%). In der prospektiven Münsteraner Studie war bei 258 Patienten der Magen in 74%, der Dünndarm in 9% und die Ileozökalregion in 6% betroffen. In 7% der Fälle lag eine gleichzeitige Beteiligung mehrerer GI-Organe vor.
