Zusammenfassung
Ein leitender Angestellter eines Betriebes mit mehreren Standorten in Deutschland erlitt auf der Rückfahrt mit dem Auto von einer Konferenz der Abteilungsleiter einen Herzinfarkt. Der Patient war 43 Jahre alt, ohne Kinder verheiratet, Nichtraucher, sportlich mäßig aktiv (gelegentliches Joggen), normalgewichtig. Nichts deutete auf ein derartig gravierendes gesundheitliches Ereignis hin. Bis vor einiger Zeit hatte er nur selten unter körperlichen Beschwerden gelitten, nur im Zusammenhang mit üblichen Erkältungskrankheiten. Herzbeschwerden hätte er nicht gehabt. Er war schon viele Jahre in der Firma tätig gewesen und bekleidete eine angesehene Position in einer Abteilung, die vor allem rechnerische Planungen durchführte.
