Zusammenfassung

Gesunde Lebensführung — in diesem Zusammenhang stellen sich Fragen nach der Subjektivität und Objektivität von Gesundheit, nach dem ärztlichen Auftrag zur Gesundheitsförderung und nach dem Inhalt und Sinn einer individuell zu vermittelnden gesunden Lebensführung:

  • ■ Was verbindet der Patient mit dem Begriff »Gesundheit« und wie definiert ihn der Arzt?

  • ■ Welche Rolle spielt der Arzt bei der gesunden Lebensführung seiner Patienten?

  • ■ Wie können Strategien einer gesunden Lebensführung in der Praxis entworfen werden?

  • ■ Welche Lebensbereiche sind wichtig bei der Gesundheitsförderung?

  • ■ Welche Methoden und Maßnahmen können z.B. im Rahmen einer Gesundheitssprechstunde erfolgversprechend eingesetzt werden?

  • ■ Wird es bald den »Arzt für gesunde Lebensführung« geben, der beispielsweise ein lokales Gesundheitszentrum leitet oder gesundheitserzieherisch an Schulen arbeitet?
