Lymphödem und Elephantiasis, besonders die der unteren Extremitäten, stellen oft ein differentialdiagnostisches und therapeutisches Problem dar. Nach Ätiologie, Pathogenese und Verlauf kann man primäre und sekundäre Lymphödeme unterscheiden.
