Zusammenfassung
Mit Hilfe der Ultraviolettmikroskopie und den Methoden der digitalen Bildverarbeitung werden aus verschiedenen monochromatischen Transmissionsbildern einer nativen Zellbildszene die örtlichen Verteilun gen der Zellkernproteine und der Nukleinsäuren (DNS, RNS), frei von Fixierungsartefakten, nach dem Schichtenmodell als Lösung eines linearen (überbestimmten) Gleichungssystems berechnet.
