Zusammenfassung
L’infection urinaire est la complication médicale la plus fréquente durant la grossesse [1]. Une bactériurie asymptomatique (2–10% des grossesses) implique la présence d’au moins 100’000 germes identiques par ml d’urine. La cystite (1%) associe des symptômes locaux et une bactériurie. La pyélonéphrite (1–2%) est une infection atteignant le parenchyme rénal, accompagnée de symptômes généraux. La majorité des infections est due à Escherichia coli (70–75%), suivi de Klebsiella, Proteus, Enterococcus, Streptococcus et rarement Staphylococcus.
