Zusammenfassung
Neuere Untersuchungen ([1],[2],[3]) haben ergeben, daß sich das symmetrische Rundreiseproblem (Traveling-Salesman-Problem) als ganzzahliges lineares Programm für die Größenordnung 50–100 Orte exakt lösen läßt. Das LP-Modell enthält eine ganzzahlige Variable für jedes Ortspaar und eine Vielzahl von Nebenbedingungen, die aber nur zum Teil im Laufe des Lösungsverfahrens zu generieren sind.
