Zusammenfassung

Beim Zyklenmanagement in der Planung und Entwicklung werden sowohl die Zyklen innerhalb als auch außerhalb des Unternehmens identifiziert und analysiert sowie Ansätze zu deren Repräsentation und Nutzung entwickelt, um die Effizienz und Effektivität im Entwicklungsprozess von PSS zu steigern.

Für die strategische Planung der kurz-, mittel- und langfristig anzubietenden PSS werden die Lebenszyklen der zu erbringenden Leistungsbündel sowie deren einzelne Leistungsbestandteile, unter sich zyklisch veränderlichen Rahmenbedingungen, analysiert und modelliert. Die Abbildung und Nachverfolgung zyklisch veränderlicher Anforderungen ermöglicht ein zyklenorientiertes Anforderungsmanagement von PSS und unterstützt die Erfassung und Verwaltung der Anforderungen durch entsprechende Methoden. Zur zyklengerechten Planung und Koordination von Entwicklungs- und Änderungs-prozessen werden relevante Veränderungen von Einflussgrößen auf die Entwicklungsprozessplanung und -durchführung identifiziert und modelliert. Die Planungs- und Entwicklungsabteilungen in Unternehmen werden zudem bei der Erstellung von zyklengerechten Plattformarchitekturen sowie zur Entscheidungsfindung hinsichtlich der geeigneten Plattformstrategie unterstützt.
