Zusammenfassung

Das Befundsystem sollte kurz gefasst und organisiert sein und dabei die folgende Struktur verwenden (◘ Tab. 3.1). Eine Feststellung, die anzeigt dass die aktuelle Untersuchung mit der Voruntersuchung (den Voruntersuchungen) verglichen wurde, sollte im Bericht eingeschlossen sein (Datumsangaben). Ist dies nicht inbegriffen, sollte die Annahme gelten, dass kein Vergleich angestellt wurde; vorzugsweise sollte man allerdings angeben, dass kein Vergleich vorgenommen wurde.
