Zusammenfassung

Uterusfehlbildungen können in großer Vielfalt auftreten. In der Befundinterpretation zeigen sich oft erhebliche Unterschiede. Mithilfe der 3D-Sonografie können Fehlbildungen im Einzelfall besser differenziert, Patientinnen schneller selektiert und aufwändige weitere Untersuchungsverfahren reduziert werden. Es werden Operationsindikation und -methoden bei verschiedenen Uterusfehlbildungen beschrieben. Bei RSA-Patientinnen ist grundsätzlich eine (Mini-)HSK sinnvoll. Bei Auftreten von submukösen Myomen, intrauterinen Adhäsionen oder Endometriumpolypen sollte trotz der uneinheitlichen Studienlage eine großzügige Indikation zur operativen Behandlung gestellt werden.
