Zusammenfassung

Beschrieben wird ein rupturiertes, mit Subarachnoidalblutung und inkompletter Okulomotoriusparese symptomatisches Aneurysma der A. communicans posterior. Es wird insbesondere auch auf den Verlauf und die Prognose der Okulomotoriusparese bei Behandlung derartig symptomatischer Aneurysmen eingegangen.
