Zusammenfassung

Im Vordergrund der Menière-Erkrankung steht akut der meist anfallsartige Schwindel. Dieser geht beim Morbus Menière mit einem schwankenden, häufig fortschreitenden Hörverlust und einem meist tiefklingenden Ohrgeräusch (Tinnitus) einher.
