Abstract

The challenges posed by the alignment of social protection schemes with the needs of beneficiaries according to their life course have so far been given little attention as the individual, with regard to social protection, is categorized according to risk factor segments, while the issue of qualification of beneficiary rights in the social protection system is not really touched upon.
