Zusammenfassung

Im folgenden Kapitel werden zunächst die nötigen Grundlagen erläutert, die für das Verständnis der hier vorgestellten zellbasierten Untersuchungsmethoden von Bedeutung sind. Jeder Experimentator muss sich früher oder später mit dem Lebenszyklus seiner experimentellen Grundlage, den Zellen, auseinandersetzen. Um den Leser an dieser Stelle nicht mit ausufernden Details zu strapazieren, werde ich mich auf den Zellzyklus der Eukaryotenzelle beschränken, wobei ich entsprechende Textpassagen aus Abschn. 2.3 aus dem Experimentator Zellkultur extrahiert habe [1].
