Zusammenfassung
Die polymorphe Lichtdermatose ist die häufigste Photodermatose, die sich unter einer Vielzahl unterschiedlicher klinischer Manifestationsformen manifestieren kann, intraindividuell aber immer das selbe Reaktionsmuster zeigt. Die Akuttherapie der sehr stark juckenden Hautveränderungen erfolgt mit topischen, evtl. auch oralen Steroiden. Präventiv besteht die Möglichkeit eines UV-Hardenings oder der kombiniert oral-topische Einsatz von Polypodium leuctomos (bitte dies KURSIV!!!!!!!!!) - Extrakten.
