Zusammenfassung
Planung im Unternehmen, gleich welcher Art, basiert stets auf einem Modell der strategischen Führung. Daher wird im folgenden zunächst ein Führungsmodell auf der Grundlage des St. Galler Management-Modell entwickelt. Es folgt eine Ableitung der strategischen Unternehmensplanung. Als letztes wird die strategische Informationsplanung als Teilplanung der strategischen Unternehmensplanung behandelt.
