Zusammenfassung
Angesichts einer durch Stagnation gekennzeichneten Wirtschaftslage in den letzten Jahren steht der Verwaltungsbereich heute unter besonderem Rationalisierungsdruck. Forderungen nach Produktivitätssteigerungen werden global formuliert und als generelle Zielsetzung für ein Rationalisierungsprogramm vorgegeben. Die Ausstattung mit neuer Informationstechnik soll bisherige Produktivitätsdefizite ausgleichen.
