Biochemical Studies on Experimental Brain Edema

Abstract

Various methods have been used to measure cerebral edema. From the biochemical point of view measurement of changes in water content seems to be the most rational approach to the study of a process which by definition involves changes in volume brought about primarily by changes in water content.
