Abstract
When I was asked by Prof. Urban to give the summary of this years Schladming Winter School, I was at the first moment a little bit discouraged by the tremendous task to summarize so many lectures with so many different topics. But I soon found out, that it cannot be the aim of a summarizer to just repeat in short what has been said in the lectures. Thus I will try to give you my own personal view of what has happened during these very fine two weeks here in Schladming. I will now and then add a little bit of outside information, which I find relevant to our topics.
Summary given at XIV. Internationale Universitätswochen für Kernphysik, Schladming, Austria, February 24–March 7, 1975.
