Summary
Difficulties and emotional stress of the nursing staff concerning care for schizophrenic patients — improvement of working-conditions. The rehabilitation of psychotic patients is highly dependent on „how a team sees itself“ and also on the understanding for the patient. A great support on the way to „how a team sees itself“ and to the conformity of the therapeutical level can be achieved by the team by the development of a „common language“.
