Verteilte und geteilte Führung: Alle machen mit?

Zusammenfassung

Die kooperative Führung mit einer starken Einbeziehung von Mitarbeitern in den Führungsprozess gilt schon seit längerer Zeit als ein wichtiges Konzept von „guter“ Führung, zumindest im deutschsprachigen Raum. Kooperative Führung wie auch die nachfolgenden Ansätze von verteilter Führung (distributed leadership) und geteilter Führung (shared leadership) sowie praxisnahe Anwendungskonzepte im Management, wie etwa Empowerment, werden zunächst auf die Arbeiten von Mary Parker Follet aus den 20er Jahren zurückgeführt (Weibler 2012: 573, Mendenhall/Marsh 2010). Sie beruhen aber auch auf der in den klassischen Verhaltensansätzen schon angelegten Unterscheidung von Führungsstilen mit einem unterschiedlichen Grad der Partizipation von Geführten im Entscheidungsprozess und darüber hinaus.
