Zusammenfassung

Die neuen Formen des Computing versprechen enorme Produktivitätsgewinne. „Cloud Computing“ liefert Rechenleistung auf Nachfrage und erlaubt so kostengünstig die von sogenannten Intelligenten Objekten dezentral vor Ort erfassten Daten in einem Soll-Ist-Abgleich für ein effizienteres Management zu nutzen. Betriebswirtschaftlich betrachtet wird durch Intelligente Objekte verbunden mit sicheren Informationsaustauschstrukturen sowie geeigneten Entscheidungsmodellen Effizienz erhöht. Im Vortrag wird am Beispiel des Öko-Benchmarking und der Generierung von Nachhaltigkeitszertifkaten gezeigt, dass ein objektiver Vergleich mit Wettbewerbern möglich wird, wobei die Intelligenten Objekten ein Differenzierungsmerkmal sind, das die Kennzeichnung von Leistungen und Produkten transparenter machen kann.
