Während deutsche Automobilhersteller bislang durch technologische Innovationen die Trends in der Weltautomobilindustrie maßgeblich mitprägten, nehmen sie im zukunftsträchtigen Bereich der Elektromobilität aktuell eher einen hinteren Platz ein. Besonderes Augenmerk gilt demgegenüber japanischen und koreanischen Anbietern.
