Auszug
Anhand konkreter Projekterfahrungen des auf die Entwicklung und Einführung von Standardprodukten für Workflow, Dokumenten-management und E-Government spezialisierten Unternehmens Fabasoft wird über Nutzeffekte und Techniken eines Stakeholder-orientierten Zugangs zu E-Government-Projekten berichtet. Ausgehend von einigen grundsätzlichen Überlegungen zur Stakeholder-Struktur bei E-Government-Projekten wird besonders der Aspekt der Kommunikation mit beziehungsweise zwischen den Stakeholdern behandelt. Es wird dargestellt, wie durch spezielle Projekt-Vorgehensweisen und Werkzeugeinsatz diese Kommunikation gefördert, strukturiert und als wichtiger Beitrag für einen nachhaltigen Projekterfolg genutzt werden kann. Insbesondere wird das Konzept von Use-Cases als mögliche „Lingua franca“ für die Kommunikation der einzelnen Stakeholder beziehungsweise die hierfür erforderlichen Erweiterungen in Ergänzung zu klassischen Use-Cases diskutiert.
