Auszug
Die Untersuchung von kultureller Vielfalt in Arbeitsgruppen stellt das zentrale Anliegen der vorliegenden Untersuchung dar. Vielfalt im Allgemeinen und kulturelle Vielfalt im Besonderen sind multidimensionale Konstrukte, die sehr differenzierte Konsequenzen haben. Daher sollen im folgenden Kapitel die bisher gewonnenen Erkenntnisse aus der Vielfaltsforschung dargestellt und im Hinblick auf die in dieser Untersuchung relevante Problematik diskutiert werden. Die wissenschaftliche Beschäftigung mit dem Thema der Vielfalt stellt somit das dritte große Forschungsfeld dar, auf dessen Grundlage die theoretische Konzeption des in dieser Arbeit aufgestellten Untersuchungsmodells basiert.
