Abstract
This protocol addressed two questions. During recovery from mivacurium-induced neuromuscular block, how useful is the train-of-four count in predicting the rate of recovery to trainof-four fade ratios of 0.70 and 0.90? In addition we wished to determine the optimal dose of edrophonium needed to accelerate this recovery process and to estimate the amount of time“saved” versus spontaneous recovery.
