Abstract
Starting with a discussion of the impact of systems science and technology on the current change of understanding the world, this paper describes the need of change of many basic paradigms and theories. This includes the need of a new understanding of systems science. However, this understanding is related to interdisciplinary knowledge integration; thus, it is necessary first to review new micro-theories of knowledge creation. After this review, the concept of intercultural and interdisciplinary, informed systemic integration is presented and followed by conclusions.
