Samenvatting

In dit hoofdstuk beschrijven we het cognitieve model en de daaruit voortvloeiende interventiemethoden voor de unipolaire en de bipolaire stemmingsstoornis. Omdat gedragsinterventies, zoals gedragsactivatie, een onlosmakelijk onderdeel zijn van cognitieve therapie voor depressie , komen deze ook aan bod.
