Abstract
Een 60-jarige vrouw bezoekt het spreekuur in verband met hypertensie. Deze is al bij een zwangerschap twintig jaar tevoren aan het licht gekomen, maar de cardioloog vond tijdens een analyse van borstklachten de bloeddruk met atenolol nog onvoldoende behandeld. Er is mogelijk sprake van coronairlijden, maar de patiënte heeft afgezien van verdere diagnostiek.
